range was launched at the
Parlour Wine Room
to great success, with 60 people enjoying winemaker
John Ellis’
celebrated Macedon Ranges wines. Among the wines tasted was the
Macedon Cuvee,
James Halliday’s pick for Australia’s best sparkling. Our thanks
to the Parlour Wine Bar staff for their help and continued
support of Hanging Rock and Z4 Wines.

and communications, combined with a long and varied history in
the service industry. He has managed bars and restaurants here
and in Canada, where he’s from, and worked as a cellar hand at
the Clare Valley winery, Jeanneret Wines, before moving to
