Production: In this wine we have used barrel
fermentation in new oak, yeast lees stirring, partial
malolactic fermentation, some solids in the ferment and
both reductive and oxidative handling techniques.
Tasting Notes
Colour: Straw
Nose: A lifted aroma of white peach, melon and
fig with some attractive integrated oak.
Palate: A complex wine with all the flavour
elements you expect with good chardonnay- fruit, yeast &
oak. Itis medium bodied with good flavour intensity displaying
white peach, lemon and grapefruit flavourswith a slight biscuity note. The wine combines crisp
acidity with a palate that is creamy and long withsubtle oak and a long soft finish.
